We are thrilled to have you with us as we exchange vows. The ceremony will be on the ground floor of Salvage One. Afterward, we'll move upstairs to have ourselves a little party to celebrate -- dinner, booze, dancing, ...the works.

...but really, we just want you to wear something that makes you feel the most *you* you can be. "Wear what makes you feel like a million bucks," as we've been telling our family.
For kids, there's no need to dress them up like small adults for the night, so maybe have some fun and ask what *they* want to wear. And there's no bride to worry about upstaging, so if you feel cute in a white dress or sequins, friggen' rock it. Our only requirement is to wear actual clothes. Fellas, you know who we're talking to. ;)

Once upon a time, in April 2017, in two different corners of the world, the paths of George Saldivar and Steve Hoffman converged, leading to a love story worth celebrating.
Our journey began when fate introduced in a donut shop. As the months turned into years, what started as a chance encounter blossomed into a beautiful relationship.
In December 2020, at Juan's 30th birthday trip in Mexico, Steve dropped to one knee, and George's heart soared, (and we made our dear friend Juan's birthday about us). With the sound of "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion in the background and lit by the moon in the night sky, we became engaged, surrounded by the love of dear friends.
A new chapter unfolded in December 2021 when we decided to put down roots and bought a house together in Chicago. Our love story was now bound to a place we could call home.
And now, on January 13, 2024, we are overjoyed to invite you to witness the most significant chapter of our love story. Join us as we exchange our vows, promising to continue this remarkable journey together, hand in hand.
